On Sunday, January 15th, 2023, the City of Praise Family Ministries is relaunching our fitness program. The church will go on a 12-month fitness and health program. On Sunday, we will discuss the importance of nutrition and which classes will be offered. After six months into the program, two winners, one male, and one female, with the most significant weight loss transformation, will be rewarded with an all-expense-paid day at Balian Springs Spa.
